Notes on prices:
Holidays are priced in Euros.
There is an option of renting the adjacent Annex to the cottage (1 bed plus ensuite) to increase capacity to 8 people.
Changeover day:
Changeover day is SATURDAY.
Our earliest check-in is 5pm, latest is 8pm unless another time has been agreed IN ADVANCE with the proprietors. Departure by 9.30am please.
Booking notes:
Dogs are not permitted in the gites.
Bookings are only accepted with a 25% deposit. We require full payment at least 8 weeks before the holiday.
Additionally a €250 security deposit is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day after we have checked for losses/damage.
Local Government Taxes (Tax de Sejour) are payable in cash prior to departure. The rates for 2025 are €1.30 per Adult (over 18) per night. This will calculated and advised on your arrival.
